Today was a travel day, as we had to travel to Seville đ. We stopped back by Tila Bakes, and Benton got a pistachio rolled croissant đ„. After arriving in Seville, we grabbed lunch from a tapas bar (the waitress gave us a bunch of recommendations, and it was overall a fun/tasty experience). Allan looked around, paused and said âWhere even are we?â in a somewhat existential disbelief tone that this whole trip was happening/still going....
Today ended up being quite a full day. The night before, we realized that we wouldnât be able to take trains to and from Cadiz, so we decided to risk it a bit by taking a bus from Seville to Cadiz (not that risky), and then a BlaBlaCar back from Seville (a bit more risky). BlaBlaCar is like a carpool service, where drivers say where they are going, and you can pay a nominal fee to join them for the ride (for the 3 of us to go 2 hours from Cadiz back to Seville was ~$26)....
Today was our last day in Seville, but it was hot and we were pretty burnt out from the big day yesterday. Benton and Yilinn got up earlier than Allan and left to get pastries. We got 3 empanadas, 1 sugar bun, and 1 chocolate croissant for 6 bucks, and then hung out at a park, where we saw a morbidly obese dachshund. Yilinn and Benton went to walk around an abandoned amusement park (near Antena Instituto de AstrofĂsica de Canarias Expo 92), while Allan searched for some classical guitar strings to bring back to the states....
